Lambeth Council have now validated the planning application for the Walker Books site to the north of Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens. Thank you to all those that provided feedback and attended the public consultation events. The site is currently home to the offices of Walker Books and is located just to the north of Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens. Walker Books’ offices neighbour the new development at Graphite Square.

The scheme will provide a number of benefits to the local area, including new commercial space, urban greening and new public walkways between Vauxhall Walk and Graphite Square. The proposals will also deliver a dedicated cycle entrance and cycle storage.
